Welcome to Johnstone High School
Book Amnesty
Under your bed, in the back of the wardrobe, holding up that shoogly table! Please look and see if you can find any text book. Hand it in at the main reception. No questions asked! If you cannot make it yourself then get your wee brother or sister to bring it in. Thanks
J High Alumni
Every so often a former pupil drops by the school and gives an update on them and theirs. Of course most former pupils can't drop by. Now you can. Click the pic and give us an insight into what you're doing. Let the current inmates see that there's hope for them beyond these four walls.
House Points
Click on the bar chart to see which house is ahead in the race to win the House Shield.

War Memorial
We are in the process of drawing up a list of ex-JHS pupils who fell in the First World War.  We have gathered a long list but we would be grateful for any support you can give the school in adding to this.  Perhaps you had a relative who attended the school and you know died in the War.
We also would like to identify any from WW2.
Our aim is to have a dedicated plaque in the high school with the names in time for Nov 2012.
Contact Graham Munro at the school either by telephone or by email (graham.munro@renfrewshire.gov.uk).

Meet the Ancestors
"What happens when I leave this place"? From Johnstone High to California, or even Johnstone. Read the recollections of those who say, "I too am a Johnstonehighonian". Marvellous.
Computing Delights
See some of the work being done in Standard grade computing. Have a go yourself at some of the exercises, if it's not too tricky.
Can you help?
P7 pupils from our associated primary schools are taking part in a project regarding WW2.
Were you in the armed services between 1939-1945?
Perhaps you were at school during that time.
Were you involved in action on the Home Front?
We would be delighted if you could agree to be interviewed by the pupils.
Simply contact the school and leave your details and we will contact you with the arrangements
